At present only four state managed college libraries are participated in this network, these colleges are:

• Malout Institute of Management and Information Technology (MIMIT), Malout
• Saheed Bhagat Singh State Technical Campus (SBSSTC), Ferozepore
• Beant College of Engineering and Technology (BCET), Gurdaspur
• Baba Hira Singh Bhattal Institute of Engineering and Technology (BHSBIET), Lehragaga

In the next phase some of the university libraries will be involved in network.
