MIMIT Central Library Membership Form is available in the Information Brochure and each student should submit the duly filled form at the time of their Admission along with other forms. Students can also download Membership Form from this site.

Procedure for Library Membership

  • Get the Library Membership Form from Ms. Sukhwinder Kaur ( Library Clerk ) or download from this site.
  • Fill the Library Membership Form in Capital Letters only and affix 1 and attach 1 unattested (Total 2) Passport Size Photograph.
  • Get attested it from Coordinator Academics.
  • Submit the duly filled Library Membership Form to Ms. Sukhwinder Kaur.(Library Clerk)
  • Collect the Library Membership Card and Member Account Password within few minutes.

After receipt of Library Membership Forms of all the students from the Academic Department, MIMIT Central Library will open their Library Membership Account. Thereafter MIMIT Central Library will inform (through Library Notice) to all the First Year Students (including LEET Students) about issue of their Library Membership card and Schedule of Issue of Library Books.
